I go to bed angry all the time and by the next morning I am typically clear headed (and sober) and the fight seems stupid. But that's just my opinion.<br />#4 I would have to say "It's never about you." Or at least rarely. Typically a fight isn't even about what you did, but about what the other person thought or felt you did. Often I feel like there is no wrong way (folding towels or loading the dishwasher), but there is your way and my way. Neither of us is wrong in that case but it can lead to a fight. It's just not a hill I want to die on. Am I that set in the putting away of dishes that I should get mad? Not really, but it can make you angry. Just some thoughts.
